AirPods use Bluetooth, which operates at 2.4GHz frequency, the same as most wifi.

I am aware RF-EMF is nonionizing, but there is an overwhelming number of studies suggesting this radiation can be harmful (PMID: 34617575, 33917298, 30533171, 30023251, 29573716)…

I strongly believe limiting our exposure to these non-native EMFs will improve our quality of life.

A simple solution is to opt for wired headphones.

Knowledge is power. Know better, do better. The choice is yours…

I’m one step ahead of you! Watched them clean for safe measure too lol 😂

Fighting the good fight. Most are too entrenched in the convenience of airpods and Bluetooth to let it go. Radiation is something we have no feeling/sense for since this type of radiation is completely new to our bodies.

Yet, it's there and has massive effects on us, even if we don't feel a thing.

I always hear radiation is bad. Why is it bad? What is it actually doing to me that’s so bad? I agree that it’s harmful but I need to understand why.

Well, it's up to you to do your own research, but in the video, the presenter talks about two or three studies which you may want to read.

Radiation just means the transfer of energy in the sense they are using it. For example, heat transfer is radiation. Remember radiators in cars?

All radiation is electromagnetic waves. You are being tricked by using a science term with a specific science definition when the common use of the term is actually more narrow. Common english radiation means really high frequency waves that are tiny enough to get into your cells and cause DNA damage. X rays and up. Basically anything with a wavelength around violet the visible color and shorter gets scary because the wavelength gets to fractions of the size of a cell. Scary shit honestly.

Science Radiation in the radio transmission sense just means electromagnetic waves of any size. 2.4ghz for Bluetooth and WiFi is a 5 inch long wave. Far to big to interact with your cells or DNA or even to get into the holes in your body.

At extremely high energy levels those longer waves can still be harmful. The type of harm is burns or electrical shock from direct contact with an uninsulated conductor.

All wireless communications is bigger waves than what you feel as heat, which is bigger waves than what you see as light, which is bigger than anything that can actually damage a cell. We are talking multiple orders of magnitude away from risks like you think of nuclear radiation.

But of course I'm not selling anything like the people who are telling you it is bad for you.

this is the answer i was hoping for thank you sir

Your welcome. I've done this rant many times. So nice to know I got through to at least 1 person.

Everything is toxic 😭 I’m so tired

Where there is electricity there is a magnetic field, two sides of the same thing.

I'm afraid those wires going all the way into the ears, by virtue of this, also emanate EMF while plugged in.

I have no idea of how much more or less impact vs bluetooth it might have, however.

I guess much less. As BT ear plugs produce headaches after about 30 minutes.

That headache is from volume plus the weird physical pressure in your ears.

Let's make wired phones great again

*earphones

Wired air tube headphones are the way.

Invisible things still have a size. 2.4Ghz is around a 5 inch long wave. Water, which you are 70%, is an ideal signal blocker. So unless you have 5 inch diameter holes in your body to let the signal in, this is dumb.

1 in 20 studies will be statistically significant by pure chance. More than that by bad design and "researchers" with an agenda. You will be fine. Your mom however...

Yeah, I made a your mom joke. My joke is not the stupidest thing in this thread.

🤔🤔

I’m almost 40 with plenty of microplastics in me already, I really wonder if the health effects are anything that would actually become noticeable for me.

Airtube Headphones

Gov studies done decades ago on radio wave effect on healing. Look up Becker. Then there was the "test" done on diplomatic personnel in Russia of high frequency radio waves. Not good result. Oh but wait, the gov always tells us immediately when something is unhealthy in spite of huge commercial interests to the contrary, right?

What are the best places to stay in Costa Rica for a few months? My wife and I work remotely and would like to try living abroad at least some of the year before we decide to make it permanent
