It was. 1st couple of rounds were honestly as bad as the last ones. There was a sweet spot somewhere half way through 🤙

I believe it. We used to do 400m "sprints" for high school wrestling. Other than hill workouts, those were the toughest by far.

Haha nice. Yeah it's one of those workouts where you know it's making you fitter so you do it, but you cant wait for each rep to end 🤣
