Oh that's very good, I almost had a heart attack already. 😂😂🙈 Then you might be able to help me. What kind of flour is used in the Czech Republic for knedliki (those puffy ones with goulash)?

😂. Depends on recipe I would say wheat flour fine to medium and old patry. You can likely move ratio of flour and old bread rolls to either end.
