If you use signal, you can DL the desktop version and simply send a note to yourself with the copied thing. That's how I usually do things like that.
You can also do it via simplex, but it's not as simple even if it's more secure.

Not specifically. Will just made the tool to convert your npub into hex form. It doesn't permanently change anything, just a different way to represent the npub. It was how early nostr keys were and the hex form is used in some tools. This is how you can get the hex form of your npub if you need to. Like typing in the bunker sometime.
I have windows. I think that only works on Apple products, no?
