The bunker is up top

Copy it from Amber

Transfer to laptop using a password manager or bitwarden or an encrypted dm/paste bin

When you put the bunker in the laptop client it will create a new app in Amber to approve.

If you use signal, you can DL the desktop version and simply send a note to yourself with the copied thing. That's how I usually do things like that.

You can also do it via simplex, but it's not as simple even if it's more secure.

You're also not sending yourself anything sensitive. It's literally just your public key, in a different format, and a relay URL. You can just email it to yourself.
