Every day you stay off cigarettes you are substantially reducing your chances of sudden cardiac death. In fact, the first day you quit you reduce it by something like 50%. Congratulations. Stay with the program. The first 7 days completely off are the worst and it becomes a matter of changing habit after that.

I quit dipping. Not easy but eventually glad I did.
