Love to eat but can't digest it properly.
I don't think about butter as a by-itself food; although, my grandfather used to eat straight sour cream.
Grass fed butter added to a lot of things. My coffee, my steak after I'm done cooking it in it, my eggs and etc.
I cook with it... and usually eat a slice while I'm adding it to whatever. Only the real stuff, of course. π
Bread is my favorite vehicle for butter.

I use butter for cooking. Every once in a while Iβm craving it, so I take a bite outta it. So good.

I love butter on other things, but thought it was strange when my kids would eat straight butter when they were young. I guess it makes sense. I like everything else dairy. I just never tried it. Maybe I should. π

Butter is a health food. You can cook with it, put it on top, or eat it like a candybar!
the better the butter the better
I am very generous when I slice butter for toast. For some cheese I like to add a nice chunk of butter as well.
Radish topped with butter are a nice snack as well.
It's great for those without a dairy sensitivity.
Butter is basically my dessert haha, I always eat a good slice of butter after each meal. Love it.
