Would you mind sharing your fermentation recipe? I’ve been wanting to try this over pickling.

Sure this is a simple salt to water ratio. 17g grams of Salt to 1 Quart of Water. Let it sit for 7-10 days and then refrigerate to slow the process. We do garlic, onions & peppers and they all turn out great.
