I have a hard time getting low and being stable. End up feeling tippy. I know it’s just the stabilizing needing work.

I can sit in a squat alright, but I feel like that position is not what a squat should be. Maybe I’m wrong 😂

With the heels lifted sitting in the squat is elite.

I do this.

I also do one body weight squats day to failure & one weighted but nothing too heavy - always to failure.

I also do Nordic Curls & poliquin step on my stairs with my heel lifted with one of the solemates.

It's an art more than a science. Everybody has slightly different anatomy / proportions so it's an individual journey.

I focus on keeping my weight in my heels. I think 70/30 heels/toes weight distribution, don't want to get over your toes too much. Bar should move within your footprint.
