And this is supposed to help me time travel? Do I try to relive old memories? π
The book in that first response literally has procedures but here I've had ChatGPT sum it up for you

I mean you're already doing that. You can go deeper into yourself and those memories and get to the sensory data hidden within your subconscious so you can literally feel it again. Like that's what PTSD is, just being trapped in the past. You can do it on purpose and experience that fantasic sex or good night out again if you wanted to. It's also super helpful for finding keys or whatever you might have lost during the debauchery. Depending on how flexible your mind is you could probably do more but I didn't get training on that.
Check out remote viewing it's super cool and fun! Joe McMoneagle was the US intelligence force's top remote viewer and his instructions are clear. Nothing waits in the aether to enslave or consume you or whatever else you might be afraid of don't worry π
I feel like that would just make me depressed to relive past experiences like that.
Do you have a link to the remote viewing thing?
I have the gateway experience files I can send you through your preferred method but the files are on the large size so need a Dropbox type thing. Time travel is a later session even past making friends as I recall, so you'll need to keep up a practice for a while to get decent results. That's what the CIA used as a basis for training their viewers. But there are a bunch of other types of procedures, for example a lot of the LSD experiments were around this. Fun fact, they found they could achieve the same statistically significant results just through breath work without the LSD. Are brains are magical. I'm currently in the weeds doing a deep dive research project on this which I'll be sharing on Nostr so stay tuned!
It doesn't have to be depressing, as Milton said the mind is its own place and can make a hell out of heaven or a heaven out of hell. For me it's not depressing because even tho I was trapped in dark memories for a while, now I can go back and visit dear friends who have passed. I can see the past without the depression I drowned in back then, if that makes sense? It helped me rightsize the anxiety in my life. You can also get glimpses of the future which provide me with tons of hope and inspiration.

I remember reading about this. And I'm still intrigued about your research essayπ€. Will you be posting it on #alexandria?
I will try? I'm still a bit confused about the different clients. I'm writing a book report up on habla.news on the Body Electric as kind of a prequel. What is involved in posting on Alexandria? I'm open to anything really if that's better!
Iβd like to read that whenever you finish
