You absolutely can. My current setup is:

- Ubuntu 22.04

- dedicated internet connection

- Enterprise server with 8 cores and 128GB ECC ram

- Mirrored SSD and replicated PGSQL between two separate servers

- Eclair 0.9.1

- LNBits and RTL
