Iβve gone a very long time without caffeine. What helped me was: pure hot chocolate π« w/ chili πΆοΈ, peppermint tea in mornings & hibiscus tea during caffeine cravings. There is adaptogenic mushroom powder too, that rivals coffee - especially sprinkled with hemp, cacao nibs & goji berries.
AΓ§aΓ is a huge energizer too!
