I found some ways that worked for me. An important one is to replace coffee with a 10 minute power nap, when feeling lethargic.

Body is usually craving it most, when lethargic.

I’ve gone a very long time without caffeine. What helped me was: pure hot chocolate 🍫 w/ chili 🌢️, peppermint tea in mornings & hibiscus tea during caffeine cravings. There is adaptogenic mushroom powder too, that rivals coffee - especially sprinkled with hemp, cacao nibs & goji berries.

AΓ§aΓ­ is a huge energizer too!

GM! They say it's out of the system in a couple days, but I had withdrawal for longer, especially irregular sleep. It was well over a month for everything to stabilize, but definitely worth it. I needed electrolytes and paracetamol for a while.
