I decided very early on to pay no attention to the price when buying and selling. Trying to time things, needing to stay updated about every possible scenario, second guessing... all stress, and for what? A couple extra percent gains MAYBE (trying to time markets usually ends in worse outcomes).

Just buy when you can and sell when you need to. Mathematically, it all averages out at the end of the day.
