Turns out my starters are very resilient! I dehydrated some back in January and it’s fully reactivated now — I’ll use that one for dinner tonight 😊 The jar with the red rubber band is the one that had that funky film on the surface two days ago, and look at her now: super active and bubbly! Happy starter, happy baker!
