Mainstream medicine antagonizes LDL because it has been observed that these cholesterol particles deposit fat into the lining of our blood vessels.

What they fail to realize is what would happen if it didn't.

We get a glimpse of this in people on Statins.

Their vessels are less fluid, more calcified and rigid, and prone to bleeding.

I believe hypertensive hemorrhage is an end-stage result of lipid-lowering drugs.

HDL is referred to as good cholesterol .. acts like a brush and sweeps plaque from arteries. For some reason I always have unusually high levels of HDL. Doctor says it’s a good thing.

Idk. I’m new to learning about cholesterol. The one thing I’m convinced of is that genetics plays a huge role in how we react to diet.
