It sucks when small businesses outsource their website to Instagram. I can’t see any of their products or even a way to message them. Several already lost my business - and not an insignificant amount.

Yep, I saw it a lot in the Middle East - they simply won’t pay for a website and its maintenance. All done via Facebook etc.

gawd, agree. it's so LAZY. I mean, there are ways on IG to make it easy to see their products and info but most people just don't bother using them.

Most of them are new to business and never make it past 3 to 5 years. They are not serious business.
Facebook is even worse.
