"The majority of people that grow food, produce goods, repair goods and keep the supply chain running are conservative leaning. Leftists produce very little other than complaints and misery."

did you ever get your 100 sats?

it seams as though this thought experiment has been abandoned

Every single person who commented was paid.

I got it, thanks!

Yes but it’s a cold civil war and is unlikely to go hot anytime soon.

I think we're heading toward hot war.

Is a hot war the opposite if a cold war, or is it the opposite of a softwar?

What / where do you see first dispute breaking out?

It's already happened.

The civil war is due people/politicians turning EVERYTHING into a partisan issue.

No more people working together, just working against each other.

Sometimes that's whats needed. If someone is wrong you need to tell them they're wrong.

But who are the belligerents?

I feel like this is the collapse of the United States. A civil war doesn't seem like something a super power will survive. During the last US CW the country was still getting started, now days the internal fighting weakens the country as a whole. On the other side of this fighting lies the end.

People are too asleep to revolt except if you remove the internet

Nostr may help alleviate the fracturing and possible escalation toward violence. Globalization led to the over-strengthening of the fictitious entity that is the corporation, abstracting away its true nature as a nexus-of-contracts among individuals. As Nostr enables growth in meaningful p2p business transaction volume, it will overlay a network of coƶperation throughout local communities that gradually will bridge across politically varied jurisdictions.

These local interdependencies will offer a motivation to maintain peace in a more robust way than people purported would occur via nation state globalization interdependencies. As this transition ensues, it may bring more political power to the increasingly economical significant individual actors and their highly productive networks, gradually eroding the power of larger scale collectives. In this emergent world, the notion of a distinct polity that one may wish to attack may cease to be present as legibility collapses, a legibility whose insights were always a false promise.

(Speculating). I'll take my 100 sats now, thanks. šŸ˜‰

A war on its own people, that it is.

Information is the new battlefield

Then = statešŸ¤church

Now = statešŸ¤corp media

I’m playing both sides until there’s a clear winner.

The pendulum swings, and the loudest are at the fringes.

Politicians are great at shifting the current enemy, and I couldn’t think of an extreme catalyst that would move us in the direction of coming to blows.

Fed v Treasury Dept in a war over the measly $100 billion the fed used to provide treasury and now is losing money on.

Who will win the battle of who bears the brunt of the shitcoin weight on their shoulders?

What will be the tipping point for 'hot' war?

The dress is blue and black

I agree. A quiet civil war with a bunch of zombies until Trump 24. Save America.

it’s seemingly everywhere, touches everyone and involves everything yet nobody is aware of it happening.

After hitting the debt ceiling. Janet Yelling and Jerome Powell get at each other. oh the war between the Fed and Treasury

Algorythm polarization. Hope nostr will be the safe heaven 🤌

Many participants are unaware

Agree, the evidence is everywhere daily. And the gender intensity politics being pushed (of shall I say exploited) by government, one really has to ask WTF is going on!
