I know that fiber is unnecessary, unless you eat the SAD diet. Carnivores live and thrive without any fiber. Also, the actual amount of vitamin C needed is considerably reduced in carnivore.
I disagree. Carnivore diet probably gives you all the macronutrients you need, but it comes with an increased risk in colon cancer. Fiber on the other hand reduces the risk by diluting detrimental compounds and reducing transit time. Your gut microbiome also benefits. Iron overload of your GI tract by eating a lot of red meat results in increased oxidative stress. Vitamin C as an potent antioxidant might be able to reduce this.
