Zuck says CIA can read WhatsApp messages but Meta can't. How's that possible? Perhaps, encryption used in by WhatsApp (which was borrowed from Signal) has been already broken, and the agencies just keep the tools to themselves.
It's fairly common to hack into people's phone and then end to end encryption doesn't matter.
