Show her apps like bitrefill were you can buy gift cards and prepaid Visa cards to use at pretty much any store in any mall. Not that I advocate spending bitcoin but gives her the idea that it is real and not a scam.
Have you used bitrefil? I tried it the other day and I couldn't find the united States in the list of countires....
