Show her apps like bitrefill were you can buy gift cards and prepaid Visa cards to use at pretty much any store in any mall. Not that I advocate spending bitcoin but gives her the idea that it is real and not a scam.

Okay yeah thats what I need to do. I need to show her the real uses for bitcoin. Fuck I'd rather her spend bitcoin than just ignore it completley.

How do you like the shake pay? I've heard of fold as well just haven't started using it yet.
In Canada shakepay is similar to fold and so far it works great and I have had no issues. The only thing to keep in mind is to keep the bitcoin you earn separate from your non kyc btc if that is an issue for you.
