Have you tried Markup from the graphene appstore?
I would love to but it seems like after installing it does not exist on the phone. Can you explain to me like I am 5 please?

Ah thx. But I would not like to screenshot each image. I want to edit from my library of existing images.

It's not the most intuitive but you can use Image Toolbox: https://github.com/T8RIN/ImageToolbox
Draw > Select Image > Select underlined A for text input
It‘s buggy and not working at all here in my tests on 2 devices
Not capable of adding text to an image… at least when I try.
