An idea for nostr devs. Looking at my notifications and my own behavior, it seems that a lot of people use 🤙🏻 as a read indicator to keep track. Would it make sense to have a “ack” button that doesn’t show in the notifications? Any thoughts about that? 🐶🐾🫡

I believe that is a reaction from a client that is responding with that emoji vs the standard + or -.
Would like to see clients support more reaction options, and also consolidate the display of such. Maybe a good paid option.
As for marking read, that's a good feature idea for a client to maintain for sure.
It doesn’t really matter if it’s reaction or something else. Given the fluid nature of the protocol, it’s hard to keep track of what you already responded to or considered. Just a thought. 🐶🐾🫡
