I want to surprise my wife with some pre-prepped food. I know she’s been in a mood for pasta, so I’m going to make a pasta dough from scratch. I’m thinking of making some sort of noodle dish, a ravioli one, and a lasagna. Anyone got any recipes or different ideas?
