can one send btc from Binance for example to WOS and then send them to a lightning address from WOS?

Of course that will work may take a few to reach your Wos wallet Binance sucks that way..

yeah, well thats the confirmations needed for the blockchain transfer.

does anyone know about the fees?

I know for instance that with Breez the fee is 0,75% with a min amount of 5000 satoshi..

Only because you open channels on breez not sure there is others then the normal on chain fee

Just go through the motions and see the fee cost before confirming the transaction I haven’t used Binance in a long time not a wallet I currently use
