can one send btc from Binance for example to WOS and then send them to a lightning address from WOS?

I have tried many wallets in the past and The main reason I get in response is they wish it was simpler less tech talk WOS did that thank you..

I know for instance that with Breez the fee is 0,75% with a min amount of 5000 satoshi..
Only because you open channels on breez not sure there is others then the normal on chain fee
