Embezzlement is a felony, it means to illegally take possession of. The opposite is to lose, it means to legally forgo the possession of.

No amount of chain analysis can prove the absolute ownership of bitcoin. If you've been charged you can simply move to another jurisdiction and spend it there without ever moving it. No judge in any court can ever legally prove that you had any bitcoin at the moment of the hearing.

And, if you coinjoin, in person preferably, chain analysis becomes redundant.

I know that, advanced users will workaround easily, but beginners will be trapped in regulations.

They are doing this laws not to chase advanced users but to keep the adoption rate low to new users.

No they do not. That is an assumption. And again, no judge in any European court will allow this data as proof. They just don't know this yet.

A warrant will be issued by the judge, if no seed phrase was found then there is no proof.

The point is, the jurisprudence following from this marvel of bitcoin the protocol will simply resolve these cases in favor of the hodler before it even comes before the court. No point in trying to prove something that can not be proven.

That is an assumption, but i know they don’t always play by rules by experience.

When you go to court agains a big player you will see the law going to trash and they doing what they want.
