This week I built a "web zap" tool because I use Primal on desktop, and released it open to all to help other people stuck without zaps in their favourite Nostr client.

The default zap comment is "sent via nostrly web zap 🫡" to help bring it to wider attention.

The question is... should this also be appended after regular comments (for same reason) or does that devalue its usefulness?

PRIMAL DESKTOP WILL HAVE NATIVE ZAP FUNCTIONALITY SOON FWIW.

I HAVE BEEN TESTING IT ON BETA AND IT WORKS GREAT.

IN GENERAL I DO NOT LIKE “AUTO SIGNATURES.”

Well, even if it only has a limited usefulness in the wild, it was a great chance to dive into the Nostr NIPs and play with relays / events and zap transactions.
