Its like arguing that I am an accessory to money laundering bc one block contains money laundering transactions

This would be impossible to comply with as a Bitcoin node runner. You need an intact blockchain to run a full node. Scary situation if so.

If the illegal content was in the prunable part of the ledger ie the op_return people could run nodes free from content. The real issue is that these clowns think blocks every ten minutes with 4mb max is a viable data storage strategy. These are not serious people.

CSAM law do not operate that way. The Core V30 nodes all over AWS would be a BIG problem for Amazon.
