i had some dude mistake me for a girl the other day, walking past my little cottage on the tourist track down to the big walk on the side of the mountain.

it's been a while since i had someone mistake me for a girl. i am not really that girly. but i am pretty. and i hope you also have my level of anti-age genetics because i'm pretty sure when i shed this extra 10kg or so that i currently have i will look like 35 again. especially when i also get this damn diet in order.

i will only say one thing: beef tallow.

but that wasn't my secret, the secret was genetics. indonesian, so i guess "lemurian". i guess yours are atlantean.

I don't know, precisely. Nobody, on either side of my family, ever really ages.

I'm probably aging the worst, TBH. Freckling and wrinkling up and getting fat from working too many hours.

I'd look 10 years younger, if I lost the weight, tho.

that reminded me, i had this random thought about bohemia crystal, which is a type of lead infused glass. i was thinking "hey, this probably blocks a lot of high energy particles and x/gamma/cosmic rays"

i'm wondering how to make this kind of glass. i think i know how to do the kiln stuff and it's just a matter of mixing up raw materials, so, i guess i get some lead and some regular sodium silicate and then cook them up for a few days in a kiln.

idk, weird obsession of mine but i want to build a geodesic dome that has a carbon and tin based radiation shield but still has passive light, without that light holes being wide open for high energy particles.

your fault for reminding me because bohemia glass is one of those kinds of glass which these days everyone knows as the brand svarovski.

it seems it's not just for the high density glasses that bohemia is famous, but glassworking in general. i love glassworking. i could definitely do more of it. it's very satisfying.

yeah. from my recent experience with this, 72 hour fasts are a good trigger to get the clock to dial back. another one is cutting out most kinds of carbs.

i personally have huge problems with most plant proteins, but milk has too much sugar in it. the benefit of it tho, is it doesn't feed so much bad bacteria, and it seems to function as fibre which is a huge benefit for my jumpy intestines.

i'm pretty sure part of the "not aging fast" thing also has to do with this thing in your spirit somehow, idk what to explain it as. i still don't really feel like i really have been walking this planet 49 years. i can't believe it, to be honest, but then i go "hmm, yes, this is consistent with the data".

that feeling of being a child still, radiates youth, by itself.

yeah, the problem i get is when to schedule it

i've done a 72h once now, and my health dramatically improved after it.

really i think i just need to schedule it. "ok, this friday i don't work, and don't eat until monday morning"... and done.

Also, not working two full-time jobs as a software engineer would help, and occasionally getting more than 4 hours of sleep and going for a long walk daily.

i never saw that video before but obviously i listened to the song a million times when i was like 15-16 years old. i didn't know that there was a sample from wsb in it, or that the video featured him, obviously, filming segments for this video.

that would also explain why there is so much homoerotic references in it as well as the injection/heroin references.

never been an opiate addict, but shot meth. anyway. haha, just sharing my reaction to that music video.
