Thanks, will look into it a bit. Only thing ive done is a 3 day juice cleanse which consisted of 6 varied juices a day (was a gift). Honestly didn’t work any miracles for me, and I hardly shat!

I've hit 48 but the goal is 72.

24hr dry fast is easier than all that anyways.
