That looks awesome. I'm terrified to add in anything to my bread dough. When do you put it in and how much extra rise time does it need?

Put some Coarsley chopped garlic in your next loaf during the first knead and thank me later.

Probably making another loaf over the weekend as it keeps disappearing somehow, I may just try this.

The cheese and jalapeños go in on the first knead. Don’t give it any extra rise time. I usually make one plain and this one at same time in parallel.
