Drop them in a large iron cauldron of boiling beef tallow. Then scoop them out with a steel mesh basket and finish toasting them over embers of ash and beech.

I turn them into a breakfast hash with eggs peppers etc. but really a cast iron & some oil wotks fine if they're not days old already

Gotta put them in the toaster oven on broil...
