as trust continues to erode in the centralized institutions our societies rely on, bitcoin and nostr represent a strong alternative to reduce the chaos of an inevitable collapse

ironically, bitcoiners will be scapegoated, we will likely be blamed for the sins of others - hope for the best, plan for the worst

Exactly that's why we have to stack Sats while staying humble.

Bitcoiners need to take the chance of being scapegoated dead seriously. People love to hate what they don’t understand

🎯The government always needs a common enemy, someone else to blame for the chaos they have created.

It will be worse in countries with socialist systems like Canada.

As long as bitcoiners open more fully to unite forces and work and walk together for a/the common goal/vision/mission, and tap more fully into the power of an open heart, be diligent to cultivate and sustain a clear mind and relaxed body/being (nourish healthy bodies), with a focus on continuous polishing of radiance and sharpening skills of discerment, such a scapegoating tactics will hold no power and will be neutralized. I am here for it.

Yes. Every bitcoiner is a potential target for a $5 wrench attack, but the greatest threat for executing such attack may in fact be the government itself. Given that the mob mentality may take hold of the government and turn it against bitcoiners, it can go fast.

yes, which is why gov policy work is helpful as much as I hate it

Indeed, for the moment a necessary evil for protection of individual sovereignity in the ”physical layer”. But eventually, when robotics become cheaper, more readily available and much more capable, the government will become redundant even in that domain. From this perspective, the US constitution with its amendments may in fact be surprisingly futureproof.

Bitcoin and Nostr are like lifeboats in a storm quietly waiting while the ship of centralized trust takes on water. Sad truth is, the crew might still point fingers at us as they sink. Prep for the worst, indeed. #Bitcoin #Phesky

I can hear the whining now.

“Trump and all his crony insiders got rich on bitcoin”

Lol

The irony considering nothing is more transparent than bitcoin, and Trump made no secret of his support prior to getting elected.

Yes we will be blamed for destroying the stability of many people mostly boomers

100% on hoping for the best but planning for the worst. And focusing on all 8 forms of capital to live the best life possible

If an open source software disrupted the financial system was it ever stable to begin with?

"Do not give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you."
