Is there anything we were taught that isn't a lie?

Is there anything we were taught that isn't a lie?

Yes. “Do the opposite of what “they” say.”
That's the thing, there isn't. And it is fucked up beyond anybody's imagination.
Be black from sun as much as you can. Tan not twice a week, tan daily.
Don't eat anything that comes from any plants in any shape or form. If you do - know you are getting high on narcotics by doing that.
What you call hunger is not hunger. It is deprivation of narcotics (fiber in your guts and foreign sugar in your blood). You have never ever experienced hunger.
Caffeine is not addictive.
Nicotine is not addictive
They are still narcotics but way less destructive than sugar and fiber.
Eat mostly cattle meat and make it as fat with its own fat as much as possible.
When you lack tallow, clarified butter is an okish replacement.
No need to drink more water than you want to.
Eggs are a great food.
Eat cattle liver occasionally.
Fish is OK but no miracle. And you still need tallow.
Never know your cholesterol levels.
Never know your blood vitamin levels.
If you do all that, after you have lost all your fat and can see your sixpack, no daily exercise is needed. Weekly is fine.
Don't wear eyeglasses any color and optical characteristics for any reasons. Short-long sightedness are no excuses. Just try harder to look and see.
Be in daylight. When there is none be in darkness or candle light.
Tanning beds are better than no sun.
Replace led or whatever screens with projector.
Read in candlelight or wait for daylight.
Do not sit. Lay down or stand up.
You do not need sex. Just once for learning, for satisfying curiosity .
Out of an "abundance of caution" many will ignore this sage advice.
Indeed, coward people (everyone except us) have this weird behaviour. They have no caution with one way tickets like injections or even airplane tickets. But they will be super cautious with flexible reversible things that you can take a bit, see how that works, go back, take less, take more, alter something slightly. Like my sage advice above.
They are not cautious. They are simply incapable of taking any decisions. The herd makes decisions for them.
Imagine any department in any business. The boss usually has no technical knowledge about the things his department does. Outdated knowledge at best. Yet, his employees are incapable to take decisions on their own, but they do follow his decisions that he takes solely based on what he hears from them. If employees are ever forced to take a decision, they take a bad one. 🥴
Define stupidity.
Actually, this is mental damage suffered in the first 3 years of life.
All children of anybody who is not extremelly wealthy will always suffer this. I mean wealthy, not necesarilly money rich.
Fruit for thought: cats, lions, and all this family are always wealthy no matter what you do to them, or they do not reproduce. Maybe bears too, but I do not know them as well. Sure, they mentally mature probably for a month instead of the human 3-4 years.
When you lose the fight and decide to go for some sugar/fiber just once, don't eat chocolate. It is poison.
Instead, mix yourself something of these:
Erythritol
Stevia
Natural honey
Tallow
Salt
Butter
Sour cream
Cheese
Coconut oil
Ground coffee or instant coffee
Better not, but if you have to: rice, wheat, coconut, rye, corn, barley flour.
Dried plums, raw banana, and raw ripe papaya occasionally in modest quantities may be beneficial. They are also a source of sugar for when you give up. But they will not satisfy craving for chocolate, but the above list will.
Any time you can replace these lost battles with winning them, do it. Anytime you can replace losing to sugar to losing to coffee (black unsweetened) or tea (any color unsweetened) - do it. Losing to unfiltered real cigars without directly inhaling into lungs - do it. Smell the smoke that you blow out, don't inhale it directly. The smoke that goes up from the burning end of cigar - let the wind take it. Don't even smell that. Tobacco leaves are the filter that makes the smoke god enough to taste and to smell. Not to inhale directly. All other filters make the smoke worse, not better.
There is a lot of credible evidence that sun exposure is correlated with longer life span including all externalities.
This is why living above the 37th parallel in the northern hemisphere is so important. Most people in the U.S. and Canada do not get any UV exposure for 6 months out of the year and their overall health and mortality is greatly impacted.
come live in Africa bro, none of that shit here
No
They want us afraid of nature in every way shape and form. I actually think fear is the ultimate goal in general.
