Beat me to it π€£π€£π€£
In the context of this particular argument, it would be the border regions of Missippi and Alabama, much inland and inconsequential unless you value sports teams. Florida has been long occupied.

California, New Jersey, NYC, Washington D.C., and for being a pal and accepting that shit pile he can have Wyoming as a bonus.
Let's keep Wyoming for a while, it's #Bitcoin friendly after all π€π
California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Massachusetts, and Washington, D.C. all can happily leave the US.
For that matter I'd like the option of voting for my state to leave the US like the Donbas voted to leave Ukraine. My state should be allowed to vote to leave alone or with other states and to become a stand alone nation, join with several other states to become a nation, or even to join another nation.
Indeed.
This is the solution proposed by HSH Hans-Adam II of Liechtenstein to the crisis of democratic legitimation in his book, the State in the Third Millennium.
The State must become a peaceful provider of security services, whose legitimacy stems from actual consent rather than hypothetical consent.
Hans-Adam pushed through constitutional reforms which guaranteed the right of individual towns to secede from the State.
https://www.constituteproject.org/constitution/Liechtenstein_2011?lang=en
"Individual communes have the right to secede from the State. A decision to initiate the secession procedure shall be taken by a majority of the citizens residing there who are entitled to vote."
Wait you actually believe Donbas democratically voted to leave Ukraine?
Yes, because they are ethnic and linguistic Russians who have been repeatedly abused by the Ukrainians. Ukraine is ethnically, linguistically, and culturally two nations that were artificially pushed together into one nation after WWII. Similarly to Czechoslavakia which peacefully split into the Czech Republic and Slavakia. The best thing to happen to Ukraine would be to split it into its two parts. This would be true even if Russia wasn't involved at all.
Itβs also been replicated by independent parties. Either way, what indisputably has never happened is them voting to be part of Ukraine.
As a Texan I'd gladly join BRICS although hopefully we can delay that until after the Ruskies drain the swamp for us
would totally give up large parts of California in that scenario honestly
