Relationships in modern times are so scary, lacking passion and reciprocity. People fall into the trap of the “choosing paradox,” which is actually a strategy designed to diminish interest in a relationship or marriage.

I think this is a deeper convo and topic than most people realize from the surface. I also think media in the traditional sense of film and TV as well as social media give people a false representation and idea of what a healthy relationship is, and the effort and energy that is required to make one work well.
