If you are using Amethyst on Android, just add this to security filters; if you are on iPhone, probably the best is to use Primal; I don't see any spam there.

I started muting a bunch of them and that has helped (albeit a bit cumbersome)
Based upon note nostr:note19lgdrz9dq0v5aw4n043ad8sr09px3slv9tvknen9j268hzmtuuvs28r858 via Derek Ross and read the comments as he gives a few more WOT relays to try.
I did delete the following relays and it has helped
