V16 still seems janky when scrolling

Does it change from WiFi to cellular?
It doesn't seem to, but I'm on WiFi most of the time.
Scrolling through conversations or replies seems to worsen the situation quite a bit.
I have 20/29 active relays, is that possibly related?
