Is it worth buying a cow heart just to grind it up and mix with ground beef to get some organ meat in my diet?
I noticed the store I get milk from had one the other day.

For sure! Should be fairly cheap too.
Awesome I'm gonna grab whatever organ meat they have next time I go and keep an eye out from now on.
My wife and I literally did this the other day.
I would absolutely recommend.
That's great. Thanks 👍
Sure, but why eat it hidden in other meats? You don't like the taste or it's just a cooking choice?
I don't know tbh
Once I have some organ meat I'll try cooking a bit as is to see how it is.
Lol 😂 all milk is organ milk
I tried that with liver to take away some of it'sstrong taste.. waste of my beef i felt, still tasted strong..
Heart is kinda like a steak or at least you can prepare it like that.. Last week had a piece of a heart. Heat the pan, have the heart salted, melt some ghee/olive oil and later butter and garlic, turn for 5/6 minutes, keep pouring the melted butter over it while frying.. add pepper.. let it rest 5 minutes , enjoy
😊
Thanks for the tips 🤝
