You can eat whatever you want if you lift. The whole reason steroids are a thing is because these guys can’t fit more food in their stomach to make bigger muscles, they cap out.
If you just do three sets of push-ups and squats every other day, you can probably go 3500 calories and LOSE weight
That’s good. Although I’ve always doubted everytime I heard how bad red meat supposedly is for you. I’d think if it was lean meat it’d be just fine but idk. I’m still not a health expert. It’s pretty hard though for the average person to stock their fridge with lean meat so I can’t imagine they’d mention that just for the people that have easy access to it
