For those who still like Blackberries, the company Zinwa is bringing them back 👀
Discussion
Chinese company eh?
I think so yes. Saw another one yesterday doing some raspberry pi 5 with blackberry keyboards

One of the best Pepes. So weird 🤣🤣
The first Android phone had a QWERTY keyboard. This is nothing new. Also, there are many Bluetooth keyboards that can pair with any phone/tablet/computer.
I know it’s nothing new. It’s literally the outer shell + keyboard of phones that were available 10 years ago. Form factor of blackberry was pretty solid imo
I prefer the one from Coinkite 😃
Satslink? That’s never gonna happen🤣🤣🤣
my rotary dial works just fine, thanks.

Pen and paper works fine too. Why use a computer or nostr even?

I prefer rock & chisel.

I love the blackberry keyboard 😍 Can we remove the battery?

From what I see on GitHub yes

Love this... 😁
I was talking about this phone earlier. The company has no track record for update support. Might be something to consider before pulling the trigger
Thanks ... I'll hang on to my pixel 6 for a bit longer then 😜
If they hang around, I’m curious to see how they deal with the updates
Do you still use the other npub or it’s mostly this one now?
I use this npub mostly for my podcast... And tend to post food pics on my other one. I'm doing an Ayurveda cleanse and have been posting the food pics on that npub.... But generally have been so busy I am not posting a ton.
Ayurveda cleanse is that similar to a fast?
It's called panchakarma... 5 therapies....
1. Snehana - internal and external oleation... Drinking ghee and getting abhyangha massages..... The oil loosens the toxins that are sticking to your tissues and channels. The abhyangha pushes the toxins into the GI tract for elimination....
2. Vamana - vomiting ...
Removes excess kapha (I didn't do this 😆)
3. Virechana - castor oil purgation.
4. Basti - series of herbal enemas...some for cleaning...some for rejuvenating...all of them are helping to pull out the toxins that are now ready for removal.
5. Rakts moksha - blood letting.(I didn't do this one either)...this can be approximated by donating blood.
Ideally you want a really light diet...the goal isn't nutrition...just get enough energy to get through the day and let the body naturally detox.
This cleansing phase can be 7-21 or more days. Depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Your doctor will customize the herbs, the oils and the procedures. It's very cool.
I did 14 days...
After this, then you do the rejuvenating stage...replenishing all the nicely cleaned tissues and channels...they will more readily assimilate the herbs bc they're clean...so you don't have to use as much....
I'm doing a podcast on this in December. I haven't studied PK in depth...but I have done it multiple times.

Sounds really intense. I imagine there’s a spiritual side to this
Yes.
The toxins that are being uprooted can be physical and emotional...
Think of when you have a gut feeling in your stomach that you ignore ... That leaves a residue... It's undigested... Anything we don't digest become ama/toxins. And sticks to the cells, tissues, channels ...that creates blockage....and makes it difficult for optimal functioning.... Toxins slowly builds up. PK is like "spring cleaning" your house (if people still do that anymore 😂).
So yes .. one is processing a lot during this time...
And the idea is to go inward and reflect on that.... For me it's always "What is my purpose in life?"
Also, I found myself praying to Lord Indra for guidance during this....had some physical injuries that needed to be addressed. It was good ...🙏🙏
That sounds amazing Lois. The going inward part seems really interesting
Yes... It's cool... When the active cleansing phase is done... Now it's 4 weeks of "processing"
So 4 weeks of spiritual work? Sounds great for personal improvement
Brooooooo this looks amazing. I want
