I’m new here so I can’t tell if you’re serious or not 😅

i don't like to waste people's time, so yeah I'm serious. I'll come every now and again but I am likely going to have to dramatically reduce how many people I'm following, based on how much they only talk about bitcoin. also, since you're new- welcome! what kinda stuff are you passionate about in this life ?
I feel you. When I first joined a few days ago I was trying to figure out where to find the “regular” discourse. I don’t even have enough bitcoin to talk about it all day lol 😅
I love music, food, travel, and emerging tech! Very big on social media, cultural exploration, and connecting with people in various forms.
How about yourself?
I've always been a fan of people and the arts... I spent 34 years of my life learning to take photos... :D Playing musical instruments, drawing things, writing in various forms (short stories, poetry, etc..) blogging the last 20 years on and off, last year full time (2800 articles published), umm... I've been painting here and there since 2006.... love to cook, travel, walk around, explore stuff, have conversations with people that have substance to them, and I've always been an early social media adopter... Right now I'm running a fediverse instance (well 2 actually).
Omg I can’t wait to do anything creative for 3+ decades, that’s incredible. Would love to see any of the above!
What is fediverse?
And will you be attending #Nostrasia unconference in November?
what i mean is i started at an early age :) the fediverse is about 12 million or so of people talking all in one spot collectively, but are in actuality on about 22,000 different servers, that "federate" or share posts with eachother. if i didnt know better, nostr copied the concept somewhat. but also irc predates both nostr and fediverse by 20+ years and already did that exact same thing.
i dont know , if its in asia i will be here on the westcoast of california unless someone pays for my ticket and vaccination isn't a requirement of international travel, nor PCR tests... :D otherwise, sounds interesting.
