I actually do this frequently

Very cool!

What do you usually cook this way.

Tuna steaks, on the barbecue. Shrimp, on the barbeque burgers also on the barbecue, I donโ€™t freeze steaks, I grill those fresh from the butcher. Even chicken wings, but does take quite a long time to cook properly when frozen. Everything is on the barbeque typically.

I have to freeze steaks since I go food shopping once a week, typically.

My friend just gave me some elk he hunted, itโ€™s a solid frozen chunkโ€ฆ timely video

Oh, I'm glad to hear that! Elk is good.

I've tried methods of cooking frozen steak and it is juicy but it's not faster.

Not faster compared to having to wait to thaw it?

Not faster than putting it in lukewarm water for like half an hour? No. Which always seems to work for me even on big steaks.

But the experiment is worth trying!

Very cool. Thank you for the feedback!

Iโ€™ve noticed with thick cut steaks 1/2 thawed using my methods (intuitive) turn out the best according to me.

That means you're doing it correctly, since I don't think there's a wrong way to do it except well done. No one needs to abuse meat like that. ๐Ÿ˜…

that's very interesting

Yes. This dude really challenges many ideas and is very convincing.

I use my Nuwave to cook frozen steaks and burgers.

Very cool. I'll have to experiment with that.
