I'm 4 weeks in after a 2.5 year 'break'.

I've not felt this good in a long while.

I'm still considerably weaker than I was but I'm getting stronger each week.

I'm not sure whether I'll chase those previous strengths or whether I'll be content with what comes. What I know is that I need to keep moving.
