I always really enjoy this part of starting a new project. Cleaning the mold and oxidation off to see what kind of patina is under it. Water, comet bleach, and a scotch-brite pad does the trick. I was on the fence about whether or not this truck would end up getting painted when I bought it. I’m leaning towards leaving it as is now. Here’s a couple before and afters
