Day 1 of ensuring I drink 100 oz (3L) of water per day. I finished the day's allotment before it was even dinner time, no problem.
One positive side effect: I felt full all day, so no desire for snacks. I suspect I may get a free caloric intake reduction at this rate.

a friend get sick with this idea,never was thirsty.
Never thirsty 😓, I drink between 1 and 3 liters depending on the day.
