What trace minerals/salt solutions do you guys buy to mix in water?
Discussion
Nothing
For now just a pinch of Redmond's, but also seeking out a more robust remineralization solution
NaCl 🐶🐾🫡
I never drink salt water 🥹 I like how soft my hair feels after going in the sea though 💯🙏🏽
Omg Same!!! I’m reading a lot about rice water rinses, have you ever tried that?
Oooo yessss my mums always asking me to use rice water 🥹💯🙏🏽 it’s supposed to be amazing for your hair. I always forget 🥲. I use hair oils too!
I had no idea. Sounds like something someone could easily package and sell to normies!
I bet someone is selling rice water for £20 when all we have to do is keep the water after cooking 😭🥲😂🤣🙏🏽
This is the kind of thing that someone will ask one day… “hey how did nostr:npub1jcjxjg92200kdp8guw8sysg8gr0ez29hahrfdy49h30hgnkpa4kqfvmtwx stack so many #bitcoin?”… and the answer will be rice water rinses!
Booms know best 💞
💯💯☺️, gonna start doing it at least once a month
I should as well, we need to get our hair ready for our #bBitcoinBall in 5 years 😂😅
Yaaay let’s do it 😍 wait why so far away 😱 was this decided in the cheese he’ll treat?
It’s like sake 🍶 but for your hair! 🤩
This would be a very expensive hair wash 😂 but it sounds yummy 🤤🤩
Just Himalayan salt for now.
I may try these eventually:

Just ordered their structured water carafe.
As did I last week 😎 but like clockwork, FedEx failed to deliver on their projected day yesterday 😒

I’ve been enjoying mine for a few days. 1 standout anecdote was I may not need to consume as much salt for hydration retention anymore. On Saturday I played flag football and sweat a significant amount. I looked in the mirror when I got home and noticed what looked like dried white streaks of evaporated sweat on my face. I didn’t confirm it was salt but that’s usually a sign my body didn’t need that much salt 🤷🏻
Ratios can vary but absolutely stick to using Himalain Red Sea Salt only. You can get it at any natural food store. Regular table salt has about 2 minerals where as Himalain has over 80.

Recommended this to me, which I've ordered to try:
I rotate between that one and these:

LMNT.
I’ve tried many salts and this guy is the best
Celtic salt + Himalayan salt has everything you need… use both for complete spread
Trace Minerals or LMNT are both good and have adequate amounts of sodium unlike other garbage products like PRIME
