The energy can be a LOT to deal with and if you give them food dyes, sugars, tv, and late bedtimes - no wonder the doctors say they all have ADHD.

It's because there's no farm to run around with the animals.
Have that available to your kids and they'll never have any trouble.
It's as if children having plenty of energy were a bad thing.
Said doctors are retarded, lazy and/or corrupt. Let the kids do sports and eat well. Adhd is monstrously exaggerated. On the other hand, when kids see their parents engaged on their phones and neglecting them, the kids get alienated. No screen time for the kids is the best policy.
