Remember how Elon bought Twitter and totally destroyed the company through his own hubris? (At least that’s what I read).

Turns out it’s not only profitable, but profit has doubled since he took it private.

The loans are selling at 97 cents on the dollar.

He spent $44 billion and did $1.25b in profit for one year. I’m not sure how you can say he made it profitable. Maybe on the P&L side but he still burned a whole bunch of $$$.

At those amounts the amount itself doesn't matter (literally, you can make up any amount...). What matters to people is cashflow and 1 billy annually is juicy.
